Sarahjoy Marsh, MA, E-RYT 500, certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and author, is a vibrant, compassionate catalyst for transformation. Through her work with addiction and recovery, as well as her decades of commitment to working with those whose lives have been impacted by marginalization (poverty, prejudice, lack of access to resources such as education, health care, or mental health support), she has created an accessible library of tools that develop the life skills people need to re-create health (both physical and mental); to internalize their sense of worth, belonging, and capacity; and to thrive emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.

About this Course

One of the many reasons why Hunger, Hope, & Healing is so important to me as a community is that I want to provide the hope and the healing part, as well as the deep understanding about our hungers. We can’t really have hope, or healing, or deep understanding without each other. Without relationships. Without our connection to one another.

I have created a 6-week online program that starts this Sunday, November 19th, and runs through December 31st, to see you through to the new year.

Each week, you’ll receive from me:

  • A video to prepare you for the week

  • Worksheets to help you chart the resources you need and the strategies I recommend

  • Daily affirmations for your journey – this is so important, because what’s coming in daily from the holiday is anything but affirming our deepest self!

  • Recordings of mindfulness practices and breathing practices that you can take anywhere

Also included in this program are:

  • 2 live Q&A calls with me, hosted on Zoom (November 19 and December 10)

  • A private Facebook Group to support all of us to have conversations and connections in between

  • Lifetime access to all 15 interviews from the 2017 Hunger, Hope, & Healing Recovery Telesummit
